I would like to express my thanks to Doug and his team at My Base Hurstville, for many years of great service and assistance now, with casual letting of my investment property. Doug and his team are very professional who have your best interest at heart, before their own! The team are very approachable and easy to communicate with, who listen to your needs and deliver. There are no sales pressure tactics and do their best to accommodate your requirements. Their fees are fair and reasonable compared to other agencies as well. I love the constant communication and updates whilst sourcing tenants, and their efficiency in locating the right tenant/s.
